At Arthur Cox LLP, our success depends on attracting the best people and nurturing their talent so we can provide our clients with services to the highest standards.
In recent years, there has been a shift in the demands of our clients who require legal services outside of the work of traditional legal practice. With this in mind, we have launched our Corporate Graduate Programme, designed for graduates who wish to work in a legal environment but who are not seeking to pursue a career as a lawyer.
The Corporate Graduate Programme is a two-year programme designed to help graduates decide which area of legal services is the right fit for them. The programme is for graduates of law, or those who have had exposure to law or corporate governance within their degree.
Chloe Gaynor is a Chartered Secretary with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) of UK and Ireland and is currently working as a Company Secretary in the Company Compliance and Governance Group. Chloe holds a BCL in International Business and Law from Maynooth University and is currently completing her final year of the Msc in Management and Corporate Governance at Ulster University. In the video below she speaks about her experience in the Corporate Graduate Programme.
"When I finished college I didn't know what I wanted to do, but the graduate programme was a unique opportunity in a supportive environment to explore different areas of the business"
