Stock Exchange Listings and Fund Registration Services
If there is any doubt as regards the suitability of a transaction for listing on any jurisdiction, our Stock Exchange Listings and Fund Registration Group will liaise with the relevant competent authority or Exchange prior to formal submission, if required. Once the process is started, the group is responsible for all communication during the listing and approval process and ensuring an efficient listing process.
A draft version of the document must be submitted, via Arthur Cox Stock Exchange Listings and Fund Registration Services to the relevant jurisdiction and we will annotate against the relevant annexes from the EU Prospectus Regulation framework and/or the relevant Stock Exchange Rulebooks.
At final approval stage, we will prepare these support documents and arrange for their execution prior to the document being submitted for final approval.
