FUND FINANCE GUIDE
Kevin Lynch, Ian Dillon and Ben Rayner contributed the Irish chapter to the Brickfield Working Guide to Fund Finance: Second edition, a “how to” publication aimed at lenders, lawyers, fund professionals and brokers seeking a comprehensive treatise on the fundamentals of fund finance.
DEBT FINANCE
Our Debt Finance Group was delighted to advise Ballymore, one of Ireland’s largest and most successful property developers, on its recent re-financing with AIB. The facility is a five year green loan, and will be used to accelerate Ballymore’s nationwide housing pipeline which will lead to the construction of 2,000 new homes.
