€415 MILLION DEUTSCHE BANK REFINANCING OF THE GLASS BOTTLE SITE

We were delighted to advise Deutsche Bank, alongside A&O Shearman, in a transaction involving a €415 million refinancing of the Glass Bottle site, a joint venture between Oaktree Capital Management and Pembroke Beach DAC (a Lioncor/Ronan Group joint venture vehicle) to progress the development of the 4,000 unit site on the landmark Dublin plot.

The Debt Finance members of the cross-disciplinary team included Ciara Buckley, David Molloy, Meghan O’Meadhra and Sally Barnicle.

€340M ARES MANAGEMENT FINANCING OF IRISH DATA CENTRE DEVELOPMENT

We were pleased to advise Ares Management, alongside A&O Shearman, in a €340m financing for the development of a data centre at Kildare Innovation Campus. The development loan will facilitate the construction of the first phase of the Kildare Innovation Campus in Leixlip, County Kildare, the first of multiple phases planned for this project.
